Don’t know why I haven’t reviewed this place before but realised I should after quite a few cuts there! My go to is usually Natasha so was a little nervous about seeing a new stylist (especially when she told me she wasn’t as experienced as Natasha!) but Rebecca was wonderful! Took time out to explain about the toner and colour going into my hair and she really listened to what I wanted in my cut so I got exactly what I wanted!
Noticed others have noticed the confusion around charges and final cost, which I have in the past too. So I rang this time in advance and confirmed the cost at the point of booking (having been caught out before) but when getting my colour put in I was told the toner would be extra and wasn’t a root and refresh as I was booked in for. The salon kindly corrected this whilst I was there (and didn’t charge me as it seems a new receptionist gave me the wrong cost) but I do think if this is happening frequently to customers then perhaps there needs to be some better transparency at the point of booking?
Otherwise can’t fault the experience, all the staff are lovely and you always get really good service, so highly recommend!
